Fresh Paint Job on my 64 Corvette - PICS !!
Like a new shiny penny !!!
For those that follow the forum, this is my 64 Corvette Restomod originally built by Mike Coletta in 2012. In addition to enjoying this ride, I have - over the years - continued to tinker/upgrade items. After 5 years of driving her, it was time to re-align gaps and take care of the road rash. She is brand new again.
It is so nice, I am wondering whether to keep her or move on to other car projects. I guess if the price is right........

Nothing quite like new paint. Now, before you go and scratch it, reverse the wiper arms...Passenger side above the driver side

I remember it from Mikes shop. It looked good then and does again.

Looks great! What shade of red is that? My Riverside Red '64 is hopefully getting new paint next winter. Deciding which shade to get. Frankie's '63 looks great as well and he stuck with the original color.

Great reflections. The paint as well as the car looks amazing. Whether you keep it or move on may you have no second thoughts.

fresh paint always looks great! After 10 years and a hazy look to my paint I had the young man that painted my car come over and rub it out....looks great again....Someday when I get ready yo sell it, I will have him lightly hit the clear coat with sand paper and then buff it back out again...then it will look like fresh paint as well.
