Default Lectric Limited bulb kit

I recently bought a Lectric Limited bulb kit (Light Bulb Kit. 32 Piece VLK6566 33418) and after finishing my dash cluster, I can't locate the bulb reference list that came with the bulb kit. Does anyone have a copy they can e-mail to me? I wanted to keep it for future, and present, use.

Thanks,
Dex.

The bulbs used can be found in your owners manual

Dex:

Do you have a Chevrolet Service Manual?? List is also there, in the Specifications Section at the back.

But if you still need this info, this is for my 1967 car:

#1157 - Park and Turn Signal and Brake Lights

#1156 - Backup Lights (if you have them)

#67 - License Plate

#90 - Interior/courtesy

#1445 - Cigar lighter, Ignition switch

#1816 (many) - Instrument cluster

#1893 - AC controls, glove box

If you have other bulb numbers, post them up and we can help find their place.

Larry

EDIT: #257 is the flashing bulb for lights out of position, or parking brake on, or brake circuit failure (which 1965 car would not have)

Unfortunately.........too many.

That is why I spent part of a day a week or so back and found (Ebay) NOS GE or Tung-sol made in USA bulbs for all.

That is why my part number list was handy.

Suggest using a battery and test all bulbs prior to installing. Even then, you may need replacements down the road. But it is better than nothing and is also cost effective.

I know many of us desire to keep things as original as possible right down to bulbs and I respect that but I must say last year I replaced every bulb possible with an LED.
If you drive at night the difference is stunning.

I’ll say it again if your cluster was properly cleaned and restored stock bulbs are bright enough. Unless all you guys have really bad eye sight. Then it scares me your still driving.

Many of us old guys just drive by habit and reflex.

Although above said in jest, my 87 year old Dad was like that. He could drive very well in the town he grew up and lived for all those years, but got lost for two days when he tried to drive to a new store that was out of town. True story.

I prefer to drive my 1967 during the day so I have time and light to fix it if it breaks down.

I hope you have better luck with the lightbulbs then I did from electric limited, in a few months I was changing bulbs with real GE bulbs. I was not happy.

If you read what I wrote I never said stock bulbs were not bright enough.
What I said was the diff is stunning ....and it is.
My eyesight is fine. I do not wear glasses.
If someone liking LED bulbs scares you you scare too easily.

Sorry to hijack 58n65 post but has anyone used 2357 as sub for 1157? Brighter?
