My caddy has 22,000 according to the restored cluster I put in it. Not sure what the original cluster says sitting on my shelf. I wouldn't believe any mileage or be concerned anyway with any vette I may buy but I am after above average drivers I can enjoy while they are moving.

I agree with most here.....you'd better have iron-clad proof of any low-mileage claims....
I've seen manipulation through title exercises between states as well as rolling back speedos on classic cars....

If possible have a passenger (please don't try to operate a camera / video recorder while driving the car) record the odometer as it rolls over to 100K.

Definitely get a picture of the odometer at 99999 miles.
You don't really think a picture is proof in this decade do you?

Having done this for a living, I don't believe anything I don't see with my own eyes. There was a spot on 60 minutes the other day that was about some new software that could make a photo of someone say anything they want them to and it was believable. Could start another war someday. Frightening.
