For what it's worth....I am not worried about resale at all. I plan to leave this world with a negative balance

Hey Mike - It doesn't matter to me what you or the OP thought of my opinion. I offered it in good faith as I have zero to gain from anyone doing what I did.

What I was referring to was the fact that this thread got sidetracked with your sniping with Tuxnharley. It had nothing to do with anyone having to agree with my opinion.

So, whatsa' matta' wit ya?

There is a fair amount of wisdom in those "sidetracked" exchanges.

FWIW, the OP was looking at an automatic car last Sept(?) and he has a a C6. He hasn't bothered to respond to any posts that have been made. It's tough for me to get too serious when people post and then never respond to any information posted. I guess he's happy somewhere in whatever it was he likes to drive.

You are correct and have a very true and good point about,,,, " In the next ten years there won't be many young buyers looking for a standard shift because they can't drive them."....But I believe Resto-Mods with "All Power" will save the C1 & C2 and the whole hobby as we know it.
