Default One More Time

The rain held off and my brother was able to show off his tireless efforts again. He had been building on this car, off and on, for twenty years. He'd get after it, hard and heavy, for a while then things in life would come up and cause him to put it on the back burner for a while. His craftsmanship helped him complete everything but the interior and wiring.

He's helped So many people over the years with anything from broken hearts to battleships. I'm just glad he's Finally taken some time for himself.

We went to a Great, small town car, show in Big Sandy, Tennessee on Saturday and his car won "Best Modified Corvette" "Mayors Personal Pick" and "Best Of Show"

That's one sexy rear suspension but I wonder if it really handles any better than a stock configuration with QA1 shocks and either a monoleaf or standard leaf spring.

I don't know if it does or not he hasn't driven it more that a half mile since he finished it.

"One More Time" implies you're not going to continue to post your brother's accomplishments with his outstanding Corvette. IMCO I don't think many of us are tired of looking at it or you updating us with his awards. Keep them coming especially with pictures.

I'm proud for him but I'm his brother. I didn't know if people might be tired of me posting about it. I gave him that car 21 years ago for his 40th Birthday. It was an original small block car that had a wore out non-original motor. It sat for 17 years at my parents house. He's helped me out in the past so I gave him the car.

Thanks for the interest.

The seats are the original frames with all the springs removed. Then the seats are shaped with some type of dense foam then upholstered.

Interior is "Interiors By Shannon" in Alexander, Alabama.

You don't see a car like that very often. Awesome in every way.
