Is this block worth rebuilding i bought the complete motor that was used in a boat

IIRC, that is the block used for all but the latest 1967 SBC 300 and 350HP engines in Corvettes.

So, in short, yes; however, I also think it was used in all SBC applications so it may not be very rare.

What's its condition?

If it was run in salt water the water jackets are likely rusted too thin.
