Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix & Show
Hi, having completed the installation of a new clutch, front wheel bearing, , rear haft shaft u-joints , new anti-freeze, correctly tuned Holley...my car is ready for a road trip. I will be heading from Maine , across Mass, CT and New York before hitting PA. My son lives in Pittsburgh and the Grand Prix Show is a great place to meet in Western PA. here is the link http://www.pvgp.org/ . A few forum members are going and it should be fun..Events run from 7/7-7/15 .....the International show (Car Show) is on Sat & Sunday.
I will be parked near the Porsche Tent....my son is the new proud owner of a Porsche super car......picked it up today....911GT3.2......the only car he really fit in (6'6" ). He is a Senior Autonomous Software Engineer for Uber Driver less Cars....go figure.....lots of Advanced Tech stuff going on now in Pittsburgh.
I am old school and he is new school................lol.......
Let me know if you are thinking of coming on the weekend...we can all meet at the same area ...
Jack

Hitting the road to Columbus Ohio
Had a great time at the PVGP. I hope you enjoyed the photos. Think about coming next year. Tomorrow I head to Columbus to visit DHogan & Midyearvette (Frank)... Frank was a lifesaver for me on my 48 State Trip....100* 10 hrs on the road & lost in PA & Ohio...,he lead me via phone to water and his house on Lake Erie. But that’s another story.
