Frankie.

While you are there in Tucumcari don’t miss their Rt66 museum. Good stop with friendly staff. Great 63 Studebaker with factory A/C.

Great pictures Frankie, nice to see there are still some of the original working motels and landmarks left. Those neon signs are cool, Would love to do this road trip.

I am glad you are enjoying the trip! Brings back great memories and I see you are making them also. My father and I went the Route back 5 yrs ago in his 1940 Ford Coupe. His knees were killing him but I convinced him to get out of the car here for the picture. He talked about that trip forever and if anyone is considering doing it, I say "DO NOT HESITATE". You never know when you will get a chance again. He passed away a couple years ago and the family loved this pic so much that they put in on his program at the funeral. Trip of a lifetime. Enjoy!

South of Albuquerque today; followed the old road mostly.....

Very scenic drive through the buttes and rock formations around "Deadman's Curve" and skirting some Native American reservations...
