67 Big Block Needs Shocks
I noticed my right rear, original shock, has started leaking. I'm running 18'' Michelin red line radial tires. Obviously I'm not concerned about NCRS judging. I'm wondering what shocks others are running with radial tires. Looking for suggestion with personal experience. I drive the car often and spirited.
Thanks

Your original shocks can be rebuilt. Not cheap, but doable. Rebuilder has a proven track record. Let me know if you want/need this information.

Shocks/tires are indifferent
Always used the plain old white KYBs never had one go bad. Firm ride but not stiff, hard to go wrong and the price is right.
ones on my DD are 16 yrs old and feel the same as the day they were put in

I put Bilsteins in my ‘66 last year and love them - I drive my car as much as I can and there is a noticeable improvement in feel and feedback. On what few twisty roads we have here in FL, it seems to track better.
Sure, they cost more, but I’m worth it and hate money...
