Default broken bolt

Do you need cutting cability or heating. What about a hand held Benzomatic propane torch for heating? Dennis

Friend at a service station lent me a set of torches. Broken bolts are out....

acytaline and oxygen torches, Zep penetrating oil and candle wax. Kept heating and oil and wax with vise grips and worked it little by little till they freed up and came out.
