I want to paint my column up to the wheel by dropping it down. How hard to remove steering wheel for better access Thank you

To just remove the steering wheel all you have to do is remove the horn cover and the steering wheel center nut and pop it off with the proper puller.

Discconect the battery! Remove the horn button, just pull:

Remove the horn contact, note the clutch head screws:

Remove horn contact button:

Take note of the alignment marks:

Using the proper puller remove the wheel:

Protect the threads on the shaft to prevent your head damaging them:
