^5 differential rebuild
Well my issue with the rear wheel movement is solved. I had the differential rebuilt and the wheels are rock solid, no more movement. So a worn differential does in fact mimic the symptom of worn rear wheel bearings. Now I'm wondering if I wasted a lot money on new trailing arms, although no clue what shape the old ones were in. I'm just glad it's fixed.
So this Winter I'll take the interior apart, new carpeting and seat covers. May even pull the instrument cluster, my speedometer, tach and all gages work but odometer and trip odometer are both not working. I plan on fixing the clock and radio also. Need to figure out why the floor is sagging. Thanks for all the advice.

Sounds like you have a winter project. The saging can be caused by the luggage bulkhead (metal panel behind the seats) rivets being wallowed out or just missing. Dennis
