Default Installed Procar Seats

Pro-90 Series. Used adapters from Summit and stock mounting points.

Loss some leg room. A little surprised, as none of the threads posted here mentioned this problem.

BTW, I am 6' 2" and not at FlyNavy30's altitude.

Any ideas?

Well, they look good! I put those same seats in my 1966 Mustang and they were very comfortable. I can’t speak to the loss of legroom.

is it possibly due to the headrests not letting the seats go back as far before hitting the deck lid?

I looked very closely at the Pro Car seats and found that the combination of fresh foam and a very slightly higher seat height compared to factory (about 3/4") at the front of the seat cushion resulted in an unacceptable loss of leg and head room in my situation. Over time, you will likely gain some of the head room back as the seat foam compresses but that won't do much for the leg room. Is the seat back fully agains the rear of the cabin? Are you using the lowest setting on the seat bracket adapters? I believe the ProCar brackets have 3 different mounting options.

The headrest are off the deck lid. The seats are back as far as they will go on the sliders and up against the rear of the cabin. Seats are on the lowest mounting option.

Using the recline feature helps some.

I have only driven about 30 miles so far. There is less room, but I have no problems using the pedals or shifting gears. Going for a longer drive tomorrow. I hope it is just a matter of getting use to a little less space. My old seats were trash and the new ones give the car a sports car feel.
