Now that I"m back in Hawaii I would like to meet some one having a Corvette early if possible 53 to 67 because I had many of them in the pass

Which island?

I lived on Oahu from 2004-2012. There were lots of C6s (including mine and lots of my buddies), but very, very few pre-C4s out and about. C1s were like hen's teeth and and a very few C2s/C3s came out for shows.

I don't recall where I found it, but Hawaii has both the fewest total number of Corvettes as well as the lowest percentage of Corvette ownership of any state, including Alaska.

Aloha, I live in Kona ( Big Island). Retired from San Francisco 7 years ago. I have a 67 427/435 convertible.

My buddy Russ has a ‘66 just coming out of the paint shop in Kaneohe, Oahu. He won’t be back in Hawaii until Tuesday. How long are you going to be there?

Hi Roy, I lived on Maui for 10 years up until this past year. There were a handful of C1s and C2s there, including a very nice 53. I know Oahu has more newer vettes than old ones. I had the only 57, but I knew of a 56, 59, 60 plus a few C2s on Maui. Hopefully I will get back there before too much longer. This Midwest weather sucks!!

Roy, you might want to check in with the Corvette Club Of Hawaii It looks like they'll be having their monthly Dinner Meeting this month at the Chili’s Restaurant at Pearlridge. 98-180 Pali Momi Street, Aiea, Hawaii 96701 on November 20, 2018 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30

A great group of folks.

Did you ever take your car for a test drive Up Tantalus ?

Good luck... GUSTO

I sold my 1966 Mossport green/green interior 427/390 coupe to a guy from Maui in 1993. I can't recall his name but he installed tile for a living.
The car would be memorable as it was pretty loaded. A/C, PS, PB, PW, KOs, SE. I don't know if he still has it or even still lives there.
I took a 1965 Corvette convertible in trade from him that was a 365 h.p. Glenn green/saddle car.
