With two cars like these, I would think you could afford a nicer home.

Dave, Norris Lake is now on our to-do list the next time we head out to the Corvette Expo. It looks extraordinary.

The W G Lenoir Museum, the Museum of Appalachia, even a Brewery - the Clinch River Brewing. Sounds like a nice diversion from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

67 looks like the one I bought when I was 18 for $5000 used. Sure wish I kept that one, wrong motor and all. Very nice

Nope, while a nice car- not my style. I'll stick with C2-3's and a 4x4 truck- even if I hit the lottery

Am I the only one who doesn't "get" why one spoke is painted red on those wheels? If it's some new syle thing, I don't like it. I'm still not comfortable with black wheels yet.

I understand completely... this particular GT-R is all wheel drive with 4-wheel steering and has 700hp. The wheels are Volk Racing, Pressed Graphite and sell for about $700@. The red stripe is really just their Volk Racing logo and likely can be easily removed... at the risk of voiding the warranty perhaps?

I was there when you joined the forum, along with CaveCreekChump and 67-427ci. It was the day we first met on our way to Vancouver for the start of the Pacific Coast trip. We were in a hotel room in Revelstoke I believe, filling up on pizza and beer when we were discussing various screen names.

Mine was unimaginative. The 66 was originally a Mosport green car, so Mossy66 worked for me!
