Looks like the ncrs vigilantes
are on top of you guys trying to fake the shifters and the voltage regulators. Where is your honor, character and honesty?
I read a thread here the other day that some guy said the Hurst shifter and solid state voltage regulator were undetectable. I knew better but didn't say anything.

According to this "Gene" guy, you not only failed PV, you are big time cheaters.

Nothing to do with name calling. Seems like might not be true about undetectable?
It is comvenient to start name calling when you have no other case or even facts to present. Kinda' like politics today.

I've been an NCRS member for 12 years now and still wonder how a social club supporting a hobby can get so serious...... I have fun with my cars and all aspects of the hobby or I woldn't own them....

Both are easily detectable if one is familiar with the differences, as most are. I've only been a NCRS member for 33 years and a Corvette owner/restorer for 45 years. Thanks for stirring the pot Mike.

Not defending the NCRS but been member for long time and owner of multiple corvettes since 1969. Lot I don't like about some aspects and some people, but there are so many really genuine and great members that are just simply helpful. If it isn't correct and can be detected by qualified judges why make a stink about it? This person obviously knew it wasn't correct to start with. Play by the NCRS rules and correct the deficiency or quit complaining. On the flip side, 99.9% of folks probably wouldn't know the difference until you stand up and start squealing about it. .

They say in NASCAR, if you ain't winning, you ain't cheating good enough. Could the same be said at NCRS? (I used to have a smilie link for "throwing gas on the fire" but it doesn't work any more! )

Judging is an “open book” test given by a social club supporting a hobby.
So folks should lighten up, especially those who are 30 year members with less judging points than me and have never had a car judged.
Any NCRS members can get on the web site and look up a member’s stats.

This thread is a total fluster cluck, especially with the “my stats are bigger than yours” mentality.......
