Default Z bar Question on a 57

Has anyone here ever used a nylon bushing or seat for the clutch pivot ball studs on a c1? I know by design they just ride in a grease cavity, then went to the nylon seats in 63. Will the later C2 bushings work in a C1 z bar? I had mine off today and am noticing wear on the ball on block side. Just looking for any ideas to improve clutch operation. Thanks for any thoughts!

I don't know of anyone who has tried nylon bushings, but, the engine side ball stud is the easy one to change...I'd swap a new one in and drive on. Some add zerk fittings to the bellcrank tube the ball studs ride in so they can pump it full of grease..
