Default Breakerless SE temporarily discontinued?

Been to most of the vendor websites to buy the Breakerless SE conversion kit but no one seems to have it. Ecklers just told me that they have been notified that it has been “temporarily discontinued”. Does anyone here know any more?

There was a recent thread on here about availability. And the poster found them somewhere so you might want to search for that. A couple of weeks ago IIRC.

Thanks Frankie. Found it. I was following that thread but apparently didn’t stick with it long enough. Have a call into M&H now.

I bought several sets, just in case they go MIA again soon.

Just to close the loop on this .....
The Breakerless SE is not being discontinued. M&H has them and they are happy to fulfill your order. They were very helpful and good to work with. It sounded like they were just having trouble keeping up with demand at some of the big vendors. I guess that’s a testament to a good product. Mine should be here by the end of the week.

They're around - the issue is more like some vendors' JIT (Just In Time) inventory system is fouled up...

Yup. Process seems to be an issue with a lot of these vendors, in general they have good products and the people are terrific but they seem to stumble when you deviate from the cookie cutter (e.g. back order notification, changes to original orders etc). I’m sure they could see a great benefit from a GOOD process analysis consultant. Don’t get me wrong, I am very grateful for their support of our hobby.

I always liked Zip because their web site tells you if a part is in stock, and, if you put it in your cart its reserved for you for 15 minutes.....but their latest web site redesign has turned me off.... Its slow, clunky and is costing them business IMO.

Frankie, you got to give it a chance. They are working on it, when I say they it is a team of people that has been fixing the kinks in the update. We didn't have a choice to update because the plateform the old one was on was past it's end of like and no longer was going to have support. The new one is faster and has more and better options. I't will be 100% soon.

I get it and I've built a bunch of Federal web sites; I would have done the "rollout" a bit differently but I'll stand by for the final product...
