I was told bv a car nut friend of mine, that Eurotire does great vintage alignments in cars such as Jaguar E Types, which also have IRS.

It wouldn't hurt to call and ask them about their work on C2s. I have no personal experience with them.
Good luck. Hope it works out for you. The Chevy dealer where I purchased my 77 Corvette from new, jacked up the rear of the car by the camber rods.
