My Question is Do I order 4 Led Lamps or 2? I have 4 red tail lamps.. I can't remember if all 4 are #1157 or not. I had a brain fart here.*x#**.. :banghead:
When turn signals are on do both lamps flash on the one side or just the out board lamp. And when the brakes are on do all lamps Light? :banghead:

On my 66's only the outside light is on with the turn signal or brakes. The inner one is the backup light... I assume that doesn't help you much Mark, huh... :confused:

If you have 4 red lamps, your car is a 65 without back up lights - or maybe someone just put red lenses on the back up lights. Does the trans have a back up light switch?

No Back up Light Switch... It's a 65. So I guess all 4 light up when you hit the brakes. I'm to lazy and it's to cold to go out in the garage and check.

Guess I'll hve to get my cinder block out and go out their and check. Maybe Saurday.. I thought one of you would know so you could save me a trip out in the cold.


And Andy,..What do you mean "Both Mine Do" all 4 or just the out side??

General question here! I've been looking at the LEDs too. Question, if you have red lenses why do you need red LEDs? Certainly those of us with BU lights need the white ones (unless you want red back-up lights that is).

On a lighter LED note my wife bought me an LED rig that straps to my forehead. Should be cool for working under the car with hands-free light. Looks like a set of four little headlights (pun intended) and runs on 3 triple A's.

Mark How is your head? If you keep beating it up you won't see that all 4 light should light up....if you don't have back up lights. :D
