I would say another scam. I suspect an email to seller
would return a message that says among other things
the car is out of the country and will be shipped to you
after purcdhase.

Her name is Amy, located in Texas, SouthWestBELL email address, not a registered user which means ebay has recently bouncrd her. HMMMMM, I wonder what for. She should have made it sound realistic like $18,000.
