Sweet! Take it to the mountains!
I also use this:
Prior to my mom passing 3 years ago, she paddle shifted the TRX on the MN River Road. She was around 95 yrs young and mph! Great memories!!!
50 miles on her. Runs great! Computer is mapping itself out. The TKX is awesome. I'm glad I removed the the 2 bigger shifting springs, very nice for me.
Thank you all. Lots of good people and institutional C2 knowledge here, which definitely helped!
Placing new rear bushing, etc so I can get it aligned. The guy at the alignment shop has done them before! I'll have a full set of shims and I'll try to drill the cotter pin holes.
I'm also wrapping the lead pipes to reduce heat soak. One down one to go.
I then removed rear strut rods and removed the rotted bushings, only to find that they are C3 and my replacement are C2. So I ordered the Moog K6213 ones. Unfortunately, no driving until next weekend
The larger C3 strut rods are considered an upgrade. Did the PO use polyurethane bushings? They won’t last very long under aggressive driving as the strut rods move in an arc.

They were dry rotted rubber. I just didn't measure and ASSumed they were C2. Just another $150 spent.
Was in Findlay for MV swap meet. Sold a bunch of stuff and watched napalm pyrotechnics! As many of you may already know, that stuff is HOT!
Ted,
You're going to love the Moog K6213 strut rods. The rubber bushings are vulcanized to the strut rod not sleeved like the ones you removed. They're more sturdy, as well.

Installed Moig links. Easy peasy. Reset to marks I did on the alignment bolts and tightened them down. Friday is alignment day. Then drive like i stole it!
