Default FI unit

pm sent

OTE=aaronz28;1562405972]Here is a complete FI unit.
I boughtit from someone on this forum.

IT is either a 64 or 65 and has the distributor.
It runs perfect on my L76, but i'm going to sell the car so I need to put it back together.

I'll sell it complete with dog house, manifold, linkage, distributor, fuel meter, (everything needed to run) for 6500.00

I have a set of Paragon FI manifolds that I'll sell aswell.

Additionally, if someone has a complete 64-65 L76 intake/carb/linkage/drafttube etc...I'd consider a partial trade with cash.

Email for pix.

Aaron, What are the model and serial number on the tag? What is the VIN stamped on the dogleg or front of the housing (if it is a 64)?

On the tag,
the numbers read Ser# 2962 and Model NUmber 7017375
i don't see a vin number stamped anywhere.

it has the electric spider bypass solenoid, so i'm sure its at least a 64 if not a 65 and it only has the single crossover tube....

When I ordered the wiring harness from DeGregory, he and i had a long discussion about what year and the tag etc... he seemed to think from my discussion that it was a 64-65 unit, but with some 63 parts... he also believed that it had a repop tag on it...

i know nothing about verifyign FI units... but I can tell you this runs and drives like a dream...

the only problems I've had are hot starts (all FIs are plaged by this)
and the choke is disconnected so its a little rough to keep running until its warm unless you manually set the choke (which is what i do,-in which case it fires up and runs perfectly)

Thansk

Aaron

What would be the terms on a trade for a L76 setup.

I have complete matching engine setup sitting on an engine stand.

I ended up putting a 427 tri power in my 65 coupe.
