There is a piece of trim that is on the outside of the door of a 63. I runs along the door glass on the outside. It runs from the wing glass back to the window channel. I need the piece for a coupe, the convt.is different. I believe the same piece for a 65 is a little different, but very similar.

Sure would like to find this piece of trim for both doors.

I have a pair of 64-67 can be made to fit a 63 ( I have 67s on mine) $250 for the pair.

I believe the stainless external door trim your looking for is a '63-Coupe only item. Very hard to find.

The '63 has a round cross-section, whereas the later years are more flat. You can tell the difference.

If you do not need original, then section 42 of the LIC Catalog should get you the parts. Just download the PDF. Open it then scroll down to a page that the parts start with 42-

The piece I think you are looking for has a small extension with a hole in it, it screws to the door and accepts the window felt from the top and back of the door. about 42-30ish
