Paying it Forward - C1 Parts
A good friend that is getting out of the C1/C2 side of the Corvette hobby recently gave me some parts that he had left over from various projects - telling me to use what I could and pay it forward on the rest.
Since I do not have a C1, and likely never will, I am listing everything that he gave to me. In the spirit of what we're doing, I'd like to see these go to an individual that can use them on their project rather than to a dealer.
All I ask is that you re-imburse me for the packing materials and actual postage that it takes to get these to you. Most items are small enough to ship in padded envelopes, but some will require cartons.
Please do not reply by PM, but reply on this ad so there is no question as to who has dibs on each item - first to respond on the ad gets the item.
Lot #1 - Steering column firewall plate - stamped steel. I believe this may be for a '58-'62 based on diagrams in the Dr. Rebuild catalog. Also included are the inner and outer firewall seals. These can ship in a padded envelope.
Lot #2 - Oil gauge line kit for '56-'62. I believe this can ship in a padded envelope.
Lot #3 - Firewall grommet set for '53-'62. These can ship in a padded envelope.
Lot #4 - Another set - same as above.
Lot #5 - Tail lamp cone set for '61-'62. These will need to ship in a box.
Lot #6 - Regulator cover gasket for '55-'62 and Fuel sending unit gasket for '56-'62. These will ship in a standard envelope.
Lot #7 - Delco Remy Generator tag? It is stamped with the following numbers: 1110891 5K18. There are two rivets with this tag. I think this should ship in a padded envelope for protection.
Lot #8 - Gas pedal. I am not sure what this fits. I believe this could ship this in a padded envelope.
Lot #9 - Baffle panel for '58-'62. This is new and is from Paragon.
Lot #10 - NCRS 1953-1962 Operations Manual & Performance Verification Test Guide. This is dated Fall, 1999. I have no idea how current the information still is.
Thanks,
Todd

I must admit that was very nice of you to do for the folks here. I'm just sorry I didn't check out the parts ads more often, I could have used almost all of it!
