1965 Corvette Convertible Frame
Hello All,
I am new to the Corvette Forum and enjoy reading all the posts. In fact one post in particular has helped me significantly in a body off restoration on my '65 convertible. Now to my post:
I am selling my '65 convertible frame with all parts intact including a 350ci. motor. (Hasn't run in 20 years, but turns over). There is significant cancer in the rear frame so I don't think the frame can be rebuilt. However, there are many parts still in useable/working condition including drivetrain, to the rear differential, steering components, suspension components, fuel tank, 4 wheel disc brakes including the calipers, etc.
I bought a new/reconditioned resto-mod frame complete with everything else including the motor, tranny, suspension, brakes, etc. and will be transferring my body to the new frame within the next 2 weeks. I can't part out the old frame because I don't have the space to take everything apart.
I have advertised the frame on eBay as an auction but am offering it to the Forum members as well.
The buyer will be responsible for pick-up and transportation and there are 4 brand new tires (245/60-15 & 275/60-15) and 4 used American Racing rims on the frame currently and if you decide you want them the cost is an additional $600.00
If you have any questions, please reply to my post.
ps. You can call me at 954-296-7604 (cell) for more info.
