I have some I purchased from Chevy in the 1985-1986 range when I was restoring my '67 B.G. 400H AC Corvette. I may still have the receipt. There was a number of them that came in a box which I no longer have as I put them in a small parts cabinet.. The box did not fit in the drawer as other small parts I purchased. They measure "5" x .385" (under the head and .378"-.380" farther down) x .052-.054" thick. There is a hole down near the end of the strap.
