1963 only steering column
This is black, off my 72,000 mile 63. No corrosion, no play, everything worked when removed. It has directional lever and all wiring and plug with wire that runs turn signal and is complete hub to spline at rag joint. All in good condition. No mounting bracket or dash bezel as I had to use it on my new aftermarket column. $450 plus economy shipping. Directional lever will be removed and included.

Are you sure it is 63? 63 had no wires or plug, the only wire was the horn wire.I see you have posted pictures. No doubt it is a 63.
