Default 1966 427 40366 fuel pump

Would like a rebuilt original one, but will consider any condition in an original. Thanks, PM me.

What is the value of an original removed in working working condition?

They are a crimped body, but I have heard of people doing it.

Are you looking for the early or late version?

It is for a mid-April built '66, the pumps are not dated, as I understand it, but have the part number stamped on the mounting flange and look like this:

Early ones have a rounded fuel fitting in the bottom. Your photo is the later with the square fitting.

Google/Bing "fuel pump 40366" and there are new ones available .

Yes, I have found many new ones, NAPA, Rock Auto, O'Reily's all have them, but those are not correct for judging, that is why I was searching for an original.

Thanks yes, I saw that but they said they have no idea when they may have them back in stock, as their supplier is out of business. Long Island Corvette said the same. Goat Hill has some, but theirs appear to be restamps and questionable rebuilding techniques, and cost is excessive.
