From here that appears to be a 870 casting block with a VIN derivative of 5114700, or the 14,700th Vette built in model year 1965, and a Flint built engine built on March 19, with HH stamps, meaning a L76 with no AC or electronic ignition, all on a stamp pad with broach marks. The radiator hose fitting on the manifold is wrong for the engine.
A very rusty one.
Any idea of the condition?

Nope not mine. I need to do a search on here for my block. I forgot my vin already. HH is the suffix I'm looking for though.
Does it have the correct high horse balancer?

You must have an asking price to list it here for sale, please.
You can also list this at the top of the main page in the ORPHAN VIN stamped Parts sticky thread, but please add an asking price here.
