I have had Corvettes for 44 years, and I don’t know what a build sticker is.

Default Build sticker for 66 vette

The Build Sticker is created as the assembly line puts your car together. It lists all the options you ordered the car with. It took about 7-10 days to make your corvette in 1966. This build sticker went with the car to the dealer and I few smart buyers asked for it. (attached to the gas tank on 67 vettes) All cars made in St Louis lost this info at their fire. The Corvette museum has car info and can recreate the build sticker if made on the other two corvette assembly lines. There are web sites that can recreate your build sticker from info you supply them. One of them does it at no charge. I can email you the best copy (i created) and I am looking for a real one sent to Bill James Chevy to get it 100 per cent correct looking. My car is original and not for sale (ever), Just trying to create a realistic build sticker as it came from the assembly line.

Build sheet and window sticker are different. You can buy (must) them both from the Corvette Museum (if the car was not made on the St. Louis assembly line)

I am trying to nail down the "destination charge" to zone 03, dealer 395. Where was your vette sent originally and what was the destination charge please? The five digit no. to the left of the destination dealer address is the zone and dealer number. Thanks for your reply

It was sent to Pierce Chevrolet in Stratford Texas ,north of Amarillo Texas.
The Shippers invoice lists car price and each option price but no shipping
I will recheck and see if I can find something on it 66racer Does not list shipping but it Looks to be $82.75 ,# dealer code 717, zone 23

Build sticker or build sheet? Seems to me in 65-66 it would be a sheet, not a sticker.

Yes, you are right. I should have called it a build sheet from the beginning. My bad.
