So my radiator went
Just decided to randomly go, I didn't even know it was leaking until now. Dropped a new one in and now my entire cooling system is brand new. (Replaced everything else beforehand)
It seems odd but after the install not only does my car seem to run slightly faster but it sounds much better as well. Like beefier. Since when does a Radiator contribute anything to the sound of the engine?

Well, it might be physical ...
A lighter wallet might allow more exhaust noise through the
floor to reach your ear.
If your car is quiet enough to hear the fan pulling air through
the new radiator - maybe that could be it.
Honestly - I believe the first two posts ... It's better just because you spent the money.
