You gotta read the fine print:

This kit includes a Do-it-Yourself step by step instruction manual and a supplemental cd on how to convert your existing car doors into vertical scissor doors.

Kit includes/contains:

1) Step-by-step instruction manual

-and-

2) Supplemental CD.

That's it...

There are people selling the actual hinges/parts on E-Bay and have been for some time:

Default Thanks for the heads up

I thought it was cheap for a kit. Boy, I'd sure like to do that on my '79 coupe. They have a pic of a Honda Element in the group shot also. Pretty cool.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Troy say that only animated avatars were for moderators only?

Default animated avatar

I didn't know about the avatar thing. If someone asks me to change it I certainly will. Don't want to cause any problems.

Hi

This Lambo style door conversion is not near to be a Lambo door type.
You first need to open the door the normal way outwards before being able to lift it up. Same for closing. First down, than close it horizontally the old fashion style.
Appeares to be a : I want one but can not affort one ! ( Lambo )
Leave it for the ricers.

But again, its your car and all that counts is that you like it.

Default your right

I thought that look would be so cool but I really like the way my '79 coupe looks and will keep the body stock. Thanks for input. P.S. I changed my avatar. Didn't know the rules so added a pic of my fishing buddy.
