Nice looking car. You need new mounting nuts for the luggage rack to be tight. You'll probably have to buy a full set. Don't know if the Vette parts dealers sell them individually. If your outside mirror is floppy, the mounting nuts are probably the cause there too. I replaced mine and the mirror is tight now.
