I'd say yes a '68 is a Stingray since it is virtually the same body style as a '69 factory badged as a Stingray.

HOWEVER, techically, the '68-82's are the production offspring of the Mako Shark II show car ('65) and some considered then Sharks as opposed to Stingrays.

i think my s-10 is a stingray--thats what the ''s'' is for stingray 10th generation---
