77 Vette head light issue
I just got me vette last weekend!!! I love it, but another issue has come up; Both headlights worked the first few nights, however pulling in the other day I noticed that the right headlight was out, assuming it had just burned out... Well, tonight I was going to take a look to see about replacing it, but when I turned the lights on to verify which one was out, I noticed that neither light came on, only the orange running lights were on. I flicked the brights on and all four light came on, including the two that I thought were burned out...? What is going on here? Am I missing something obvious? Thanks!

I'm almost 100% certain that the lower beam lights have a seperate filament that comes on with the high beams....you could simply have two burned out lower beams....i would start by cleaning all the connections to them

The low beams don't come on with the high beams. Sounds like you either have bad bulbs, or the hi/low beam switch is messed up. It's under the steering up under the dash.
