Default "Not Correctly Restored Stingray" NCRS T-shirt

Does anyone have the graphic of this shirt that they can send me? I have a friend that is going to Korea and he can get the shirts made. PM me if you have the graphic. Need it ASAP. Thanks.

in before the lock, the not correctly restored stingray stuff seems to excite the real ncrs in the wrong way, topics have been closed before and I think mentioning it is a big no no

It also upsets the company that made the cars in the first place.

?? What do they have to do with it? Since when does GM own the letters n, c, r & s ??? Since when do they have any say if you want to restore your car to original or not? I have a now completely re-engineered stringray...I sure hope it doesn't upset the general

Not to change the subject, but why do you have type "IBTL" once it's locked what happens?

I think it's a form of free-posting.

Free posting is bad.

What was the outcome of the conflict on the NCRS initials? Was there basis for civil suit? I never did hear the outcome, it just gets locked every time it comes up. I can't see how with several groups using the initials of NCRS. Just type it in on a search engine and see.

I have a 2500 YANMAR tractor. It was built in Japan and imported as a used "Gray Tractor". It is really a high end John Deere 850. JD had a contract for many years with Yanmar to build their 850. The contract had a non-compete clause and has now expired. JD builds their own tractor in MS I believe now.

So Yanmar is moving to compete in the US market and has decided that use of the name Yanmar or a picture of such a tractor made prior to their entry into the US market belongs to them. They refuse to sell any parts to fit the gray tractors and do not allow anyone, even individuals, to use the name Yanmar in reference to these tractors or even a picture I would take myself for use to post it for sale.

Yanmar sent legal papers to E-bay threatening them with suit if they allowed any picture or use of the Yanmar name on an auction. They seem to think they own the image of my tractor and my referring to it as a Yanmar brand being illegal. F'm, if they want to buy my tractor bring a check, if not sue me and I will have two new tractors at the end.

To circumvent this several importers changed the stickers and name plates to reflect Zen-Oh or something close to that, and they now claim to still have copyrights to the tractors image.
