Default 69 vette insurance for 21 year old

who would you guys suggest for a collector car insurance. I can't afford the coverage through our regular insurance provider, and I want to have good coverage just in case something happens. When I had it in high school, all I could afford was pl/pd for it. I don't want to run like that again, and I'm trying to get it out for a car show this coming weekend. It won't be a daily driver- just a cruiser to the local shows

Check with Hagertys (http://www.hagerty.com). I just got a great quote for my classics and just put in an application.

Most collector ins. co require that you have no less than 10 years driving with a license.

I called some collector insurance company for my 69 and they stated no one under the age of 25 could drive the car.

I tried getting into some insurance when I was 17-18 when I first got the car, and couldn't get accepted anywhere. But, it looks as if hagerty may accept... hopefully. their site lets me get a quote, if that means anything. Only like 350 for a year with agreed value at 20k.

Is anyone here on the forum as young as myself and running full coverage at a good rate?

The first one I checked with said the same thing so I didn't use them. Hagerty's said anyone I designate can drive the car. That is a big selling point for me since my sons want to be able to drive.
