Here is a modest-looking chrome-bumper Shark, but the placard 'said' it had run well into the 12's at the strip:
Altho not a C3, this mid-year caught my eye, with it's 'big-by-wide' rear-tires and it's solid axle:
and this C2 belongs to, and was built-by, a home-town chassis builder in his race car shop, and runs low-8s at the quarter-mile:

.....got a few more pix the last week:
first-up WAS a Show last Sunday at a church in BERNADETTE'S hometown, got this chrome-bumper
and these 2 rubber-nosed cars at that Show.
Earlier this evening, we stopped for burgers at a church-Show in my hometown, and saw these 3 mid-'70's Sharks:
as-well-as this '59 Impala
..... this '62.....
..... and finally, this '66 Imp
