Default Fresh Air Vent

I have noticed many articles on rebuilding the right side Fresh Air Vent to relieve cockpit heating and smell. I recently removed mine and found the rubber seal around it was torn. I have not been able to find an repair kit or replacement part. It seems like it would be easy enough to repair by drilling out the rivets and reinstalling with pop rivets, but does anyone have any ideas about the material to use for the seal? Any help is appreciated.
