Default Preparing the C3 for an Autocross...

Next weekend I plan on taking my 77 to the Rochester BMW Club's autocross. It had been a few years since I last raced... Even then it was in my Saturn.
My question is: What should I do before the event as far as getting the C3 ready?
I am aware of the obvious stuff, like taking everything out of the car that is not bolted down, adding more air to the tires, CHECKING THE OIL, bringing my helmet and sunscreen.
Sould I have a full tank of gas or less than half? Full tank seems like lots of weight, but less than half seems like it would slosh around alot.

Thanks,
-John

When they tech your car they will check your wheel bearing for play. And they will ask you to torq the lug nuts to I believe 90 lbs.
