Default Door panel question

I inherited two mismatched door panels when I bought my '76. The metal strip that runs along the top edge is almost completely rusted away. Can this part be replaced separately or does it only come along with a new panel? My panels aren't in great shape otherwise, but I could dye them and at least they would be something to put on the doors for now while I work on the rest of the car.

I don't think the trim is sold seperate. But you might be able to get a used panel from one of the junk places for cheapa.

I should have been more precise. The chrome trim along the top is OK. What I am trying to replace is a piece of sheet metal around 1" wide that goes on the inside, underneath the top of the panel. I'm just guessing as to what it originally looked like since so much has been rusted away. Sorry for not being clear.
