Recaro seats in a C3???
http://www.recaro-nao.com/INDEX_FRAMES_NS.HTML will these seats fit in a 77 vette???? These would be so much better than the very unsupportive stock seats under aggressive maneuvering. Better control. Better protection. Better looks!

They are certainly nice and probably more comfortable than what we have now. I rode in a friend's Saturn and told him to leave it outside one night so I could get his seats. They were very comfortable and I know they would fit; and since recarro seats are installed in Saturns I would be willing to bet they would fit C3's too!

I've got Recaro's in my '75. Did it myself with a couple 6 inch lengths of aluminum stock about 1/2 inch thick. Rear bolt holes lined right up, just had to use the aluminum to bolt between the front bolt holes on the seats(too far forward) and the front hole on the original Vette seat rails.
Best interior mod I've made to date--completely comfortable when I drove it from Tampa to Vemont three years ago! Long trips are not a problem and curves no longer have me hanging on to the steering wheel for support.
Oh yeah, they came out of a VW Jetta GLi from the late Eighties/early Nighties.
