Well he sold me an extra set of rims since I have drag radials right now and dont want to burn then down on the street. But I wanted to get matching BFG T/As to match the front so here's a lil tribute video to pat's old tires

That was a good burnout. The motor seemed to have no problems building the rpm. Turtlevette got himself in trouble over the burnout in the driveway. I agreed with him then but shut up to stay out of trouble.
This is a good burnout. What do you say Turtevette? Do we agree on this too???

That was an awesome burnout!
So are you also a member of the rules and regulations squad concerning other people's actions here? Should we all check with these members before doing anything?

pics added!
Ya... having the line loc is great! That was a second gear (tremec tko) burnout with the revs around 4500 the whole time, so right up there in the power band... Ive done it soo many times at the track that by now I know theres no trouble in doing them. It seems most people break things in the starting of the burnout.
lostpatrolman... here are your pics!!
I wish i had take them right afterwards... seems like they faded a bit already or they just seemed a lot darker right afterwards!

It was a nice display of power, it was a good burnout.
The first thing I thought about with the one in the driveway is the car is staining. If the throttle was let off at all the car would bog. I only agreed with Turtlevette in that it wasn't a great burnout, a good display of power. To me the car was staining. Compare the 2 video's.
I also feel having a garage in front of you can make you feel different and without my linelock I would probably be very nervous.
Rules! the hell with them.. I am just comparing burnouts. Nothing else.
Guys copy both the video's and then play them back to back and you will see the difference. I have been around too long not to be able to pick out the sound of a stained engine and one that is toying .
