69 BB Coupe Winter Restoration Project
After 32 years of ownership, time has come to do a mild frame on restoration. This is the 2nd car I've ever owned, sold off my 70 Chevelle SS to get. Built 09 Sept. 1969 427-390 HP, 3:55 Performance axel, M21 close ratio, fanthom green w/saddle leather, factory alarm and rear window defrost.
Shipped to Nickey Chevrolet, I'm the 3rd owner buying it with 23k on odometer now 32k. Brakes, Suspension, and Fuel system left to complete. Plan to make car drivable enough to take to Bloomington Gold for "Survivor certification". After that I'll replace the carpeting that is not the greatest shape, valve covers, and one rear bumper. 1st pic is day I brought it home and pic's of it as of today.
I appreciate any advice as I attempt to pursue the "Survivor Certification. Very impressed with the knowledge of you folks here on the Forum.
