Brush on exhaust system paint
I have a 1982 driver with 2-1-2 exhaust system, aluminized steel from the catalytic converter back. Since I run without the spare tire & tub, the rear portion of the exhaust system is exposed to view. I want to paint it with a brush on (rather than spray) heat resistent paint from the gray/silver family. Any suggestions on a paint and where to obtain it? Thanks in advance...John

I used POR-15's exhuast manifold paint. Easy to use. Get the metal ready spray too. Goes on easy. My manifolds were new but still look as good 1 year later.
I used the stuff on my SB manifolds too.

I used POR-15 about 2 years ago and my exhaust manifold looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Just be sure and follow the instructions to the "T"...Good Luck!
