I am glad to see that the birdcage is rigid enough to support or withstand a rollover.

Makes me think twice about buying one that is rusted.

Gator,

I think a custom roll bar is the best way to go. I've been investigating roll bars for nearly 6 years and have not come across one that I really like. The one in your link looks ok but I'm not sure how it mounts and only looks to be a 2 point bar. In my opinion you need a 4 point or higher.

Default Repost of my brothers Vert

For those of you that may have missed a post of these awhile back, here is what happens to a vert in a rollover......

That's my brother standing in the yellow coat. An old lady walked up to me almost in tears and asked me what dear god happed to the driver. I said, not sure why don't you ask him he is standing over there. She looked like she saw a ghost.

I'm the guy standing behind the car in a beatle hair do. If you look close you can see the sign.....55 cents a gallon

What brand are the rims? I used to have a set of Wolfrace mags that looked just like those. They were light as a feather.

Markus, Been a while, but if my memory is correct, they are the old Crager slots.

10" is no biggie.....thats why I put the offset t-arms on when I did my rear suspension. Were they damaged in the wreck? And now for the big question. Would you get rid of them?
