Default The Best Feeling Of a c3

I dont know about you guys but since i recently purchased my c3, I think theres something that feels better over any other generation of corvettes.

Im just curious how many agree with me, The feeling of being in the driver seat of a c3. You are down deep in a small cockpit,Way back of the car. You are overlooking a nice long nose,Huge fenders,And ofcorse the hoodscoop. Just the feeling of how you sit and overlooking the front end is amazing. What do you feel is better about the c3's then any other generation??

What feels good is punishing a new $80K Porsche Carrera S. He never saw it coming.

Well the C3 section of the Forum has the most knowledgable guys, we get the C2/C4/C5 guys in here asking questions when they REALLY need to fix something!

I like the feeling that comes with knowing I can repair it despite the fact I do not have an EE degree. It's also evident this car was styled by a guy that had more on his resume than the Aztek, and that makes me grin just a bit.

I have C3s now , but I miss my 64. At the time I didn't appreciate what I had.

Default Vette

I was at Carlisle amd fell in love with a 62 Vette. I kept my eye out and finally bought one, 62 frame off drop dead gorgeous red automatic. It was 50 degrees yesterday so I took both my cars out, I totally enjoyed driving my 72 Ontario Orange convert more. When spring time comes one will have to go and I think its going to be the 62. The 72 rides so much better. JMHO

I don't know about all this "touchy feely" stuff, but after I sold my C5, I knew the next vette had to be a C3.

Hey, I've had 2 C-1's, 3 C-2's and 4 1/2 C-3's driven friends C-4's but the feeling and the view from inside a C-3 is almost indescribeable, like how the tops of the front fenders just rise up and are "THERE", and how the tops of the 1/4 panels are in the rear view mirror,,,,,,,,,sexxxxy. In my opinion the C-3 is the best looking (partial to '80-'82 tho). Peace,,,Moosie

I've driven alot of different types of cars and most rode better and handled better than my C3 but none feel better when out cruising on a sunny day or any day for that matter.
It's my feel good car!!! The perfect cure for a shi##y day.

C3s have a feeling that newer vettes don't and vice versa.

I wish I had both and could alternate when I felt like it.
