TNBUSA Gets His Doors Blown Off---Pics Inside
Just wanted to share the carnage and mayhem that ensued when Mike let his vette go to the painter. He is using the same painter I did to get mine painted. It should really turn out nice.
Doors found in the floor of shop with the paint even blown off. AMAZING!!!!
Here is a shot of the painters race car he has had since 1972. He races it in vintage races. Dry sump, plumbed valve covers, lots of stuff way over my head.

Kind of rude and lame how we ignored TNBs car and started to ask about the racer...so TNB, what are you going? Full resto? Sure looks like you worked on the floor and the cage, from what I can see it looks very clean. That car should turn out beautiful, keep the pics coming (even if we continue to whine about the race car...we can't help it..some of us are suckers for that kind of stuff )

Damn it, Eddie stop posting this $hit, or my car's going to end up going into bits and overhauled with HOT Rod Harry's delux paint scheme too.
Seriously, this is all good stuff and I can't wait for Mike to get it done. Keep the pics flowing.

I just happen to have a few more pics of Mikes vette. I will let him tell you all the details. I, for one, can't wait for it to be done. It is going to be one sweet ride. He has done everything right and has not cut any corners.

okay, guys, here are some more pics of the car. I am TNBusa's wife, and he is very computer illiterate so I have to post pics for him.
When he bought this car, he told me he was going to clean it up and drive it "stock." Ha ha ha. That lasted for hmmmmmm maybe a month or so!

Hey Yello73SB, The suspension on Harry's race car is pretty much factory. He has to use factory control arms and coil springs(600lb though). The upper control arms have been lightend by cutting out the centers. The front sway bar was small(est. 1") with adjustable solid end links. The rear suspension looked to have only adjustable strut rods, steel spring and no sway bar. Thanks for posting the pics Eddie, Janie was posting some at the same time.

Very nice cars TBN it looks like your on your way to an incredibly nice C3 I thought that block looked like an aftermarket unit when I saw the pics, you've obviously have a special woman there to put up with the insanity we get when building these cars
