Default Who else saw that 10.5W vette on "Pinks" last night

That was a kisk @ss car with a guy who knew how to drive!!!! Had to be a 7 second car. When he got it about 20* out of shape at around 150 and drove through it to win.......amazing.

I do not know what he had for a motor combo, but it was a BBC, two stages of nitrous (each feed from a differant bottle.....that usaully means BIG hits) fabricated tunnel ram and a couple of Dominators perched on top....KILLER !!!!!!

That show usually sucks, but that episode last night was awesome.

I just knew that vette was in the side rail, and then came back to win.

Was that a re-run? That show had a forum, but they were basing the host so bad he pull it off the website. Then posted some kind of statement that said, if you don't understand the show "don't watch". It was pretty funny.

I think this season Speed dumped some money in the show, so it should be better.

The 64 coupe had two stage nitrous and the guy said it was around 1500 hp. When he was out of shape and came close to the wall he caught traction and passed the other guy for the win then crossed over in front of him..... that's some driving.....

That show sucks! Joe Billy Bob the sand bagger is willing to drop his N2O and give 7 car lengths. Comercials and instant replays of nothing exciting.

It's toss up between Pinks, golf, & WWF wrestling!

They're paid for appearing on the show, probably in excess of what their cars are worth. So they really don't care if the car goes.

TV production companies have big $$$. I submitted 3 minutes of tape to one of those "Undercover Video" programs and they sent me a check for $900!

I'm with you. Commercials and replays kill it.
They are at a strip where's the tree???? They must have to pay extra to get the tree put up?

There was a website somewhere where some spectators claimed an Iowa segment was staged and no cars were lost.

Later,
JU
